gratitude & inspiration

In the continuing rearranging & organizing of the studio, I have set up the area directly across from my work desk to inspire and to remind me how lucky I am to do what I love for a living. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports my business in any way whether it is purchasing something or spreading the word. It is sometimes really difficult to be self employed but when someone thanks me for creating something that they love to wear, all the negative disappears and I know it is all worth it. (tax time again?!)

I have included some recent gifts also, inspired by the creativity of  friends and my gratitude in finding such kindred spirits thanks to my business.

Projects in progress to remind me to finish them,
Etsy jewelry waiting for a home.
And of course my constant studio assistant, Galatea!

sitting pretty.

  2. Galatea seems to be holding court and must know how lovely she is! What a gorgeous display area - makes me want to curl up on that velvet and dream of green sunlit forests with wild creatures.

And I think we should all be the ones thanking you for the treasures you make, the beauty you share!

  7. Thanks so much everyone :)
@CatHerder, sometimes it just takes the spark of finding one thing that brings it all together. Do you have Homegoods where you are? I find lots of great things at our local store.

  9. It's all so beautiful and so "jen". I am not sure if I will be able to get my studio back together, make any art again, or get make to my blog(and stop playing around with photos), but this is so inspiring-as always!
